Marketing, CRM and PR Manager
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual who seeks a challenging position in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all internal and external marketing, advertising, customer relationships management and public relations activities of the Group.
Prepare and implement the Group’s Marketing Plan in which Social Media and Website plans are incorporated. Individual plans are prepared for all companies of the Group
Formulate and implement all advertising and sales promotion campaigns of the Group
Manage and control the Marketing, PR and CRM budget including social media of the Group
Promote the market position and image, customer loyalty and market awareness through cross-business promotional activities for all the Companies of the Group
Evaluate and follow up on the success levels of the Groups’ marketing campaigns
Develop, execute and oversee the Group’s Websites, through which the Companies’ market position and image, customer loyalty and market awareness should be promoted
Promote the Groups’ market position and image, customer loyalty and market awareness, through the social media
Design and implement initiatives to increase customer retention and acquisition
Create, develop and deliver effective CRM strategies for the Group utilizing multiple channels to communicate to customers and prospects, including email, social media, mobile and direct mail
Plan, manage, deliver and monitor regular cross-sell, up-sell and customer engagement campaigns for the Group
Measure and report the impact of campaigns on traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue by identifying and recommending changes, to increase leads, reduce overall acquisition costs and maximise ROI
Create and design CRM campaigns in close cooperation with the various internal Commercial Teams of the Group Requirements
University degree in Marketing or Public Relations or a related field. A Master’s degree in a related field will be considered an advantage
At least 7 years of relevant experience of which 5 in a management role with high level of social marketing and networking
Experience in the retail industry will be considered an advantage
A track record of preparation and implementation of Strategic Marketing Plans in which Social Media and Website plans are incorporated
Proven ability to understand how retail business trends are being reshaped by social media and networking
Excellent business acumen and customer focused approach
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ability to communicate strategy and action plans to the Executive Team and the staff of the Group
Excellent people management skills with the ability to create and foster a focused, agile, progressive and productive working environment
Dynamic, trustworthy and committed
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English both oral and written
