Celio Vespa Competition



Win a stylish Vespa with a simple purchase!

From 15 April until 17 June, the customers of the Celio stores, every time they make purchases of €60.00 or more and also are members of the VLM Loyalty Scheme participate in the big draw!


1. Object of the Competition:

Francium Ltd (the “Promoter”), in the context of promoting the new campaign for Celio, launches a competition called “get ready to ride in style* WIN A VESPA! “ (the “Competition”)

2. Competition Prize:

One (1) VESPA GTS 125 E5 NERO CONVINTO (the “Prize”) worth €6,200 by TMM Motors Company Ltd , Exclusive Importers & Distributors of Piaggio in Cyprus. Registration cost is not included.

3. Eligibility:

The competition is open to all permanent residents of Cyprus who have reached the age of 18 (the “Participants”) and are members of the VLM Loyalty Scheme.

To participate in the Competition, a purchase of €60.00 (sixty euros) or more is required at any of the 5 Celio stores, Nicosia (Mall of Cyprus, Nicosia Mall & Lakatamia), Limassol (My Mall), and Larnaca (Metropolis Mall).

Customers without a VLM Loyalty Scheme membership must download the application to their smart device and register before the purchase.

No registration fee is required.

4. Exclusion from the competition:

The employees of the Promoter, Webarts , Partners Connected Communications and TMM Motors Company Ltd, as well as the spouses and relatives of the above up to the second degree, are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

5. Competition duration:

The Competition begins on 15 April 2024, at 00:00 hours (EET), and ends on 17 June 2024 at 23:59 (EET). Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

6. How to participate:

a. Make a purchase at any Celio store for €60.00 (sixty euros) and over

b. Present your VLM Loyalty Scheme membership via the App to the cashier for validation

Participants have the right to participate as many times as they wish, provided they make a €60 purchase or above. Each €60.00 (sixty euros) purchase or above, counts as one participation.

The records that will be kept by the Promoter, constitute complete proof regarding the receipt of any participation in the Competition, as well as the validity of the participation.

7. Nomination of competition winner:

After the end of the Competition, a draw will be held to determine the Winner of the Competition who will win the Prize.

The draw will take place on Friday, 21 June 2024 and the winner will be randomly chosen by a computerized generator from all valid and eligible entries received during the Competition’s duration (from 15 April 2024, at 00:00 hours (EET) to 17 June 2024 at 23:59 (EET)).

8. Nomination of the winner

From the draw will emerge one (1) Winner (hereinafter the “Winner”) and two (2) runners-up, (hereinafter referred to as the “Alternates”), who will be able to claim the Prize in order of priority, either in case of invalid participation of the Winner, either in case it is not possible to communicate with the Winner, or in case the Winner refuses or does not receive his/hers prize.

9. Announcement of the winner

The Winner or Alternate of the draw will be announced on the draw day via a phone call to the telephone number registered in the VLM Loyalty Scheme membership by 27 June 2024. To claim the Prize, the Winner or the Alternate must answer the Promoter’s call within six (6) days of the draw, providing their name and phone number for VLM Loyalty Scheme membership verification.

If the Winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, the next alternate in priority will be notified. They too must respond within six (6) days of notification, providing their information for verification.

Once the phone number and membership are verified, the prize will be delivered to the winner or alternate at a Celio store, to be determined later. During the delivery, the Winner or Alternate will be photographed for advertising purposes, including general and organizer media such as social media and the website.

10.Notification attempts

The Promoter shall not be held liable for unsuccessful attempts to notify the winner and/or Alternates, whether due to non-receipt of notification via the provided phone number, failure to answer the phone call, or any other reason whatsoever.

11. Rules agreement
By entering the promotional competition, all participants and the Winner agree to be bound by these rules which will be interpreted by the Promoter, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding.

12. Rights of the Promoter

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend, or cancel the promotional Competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any term or aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoter reasonably deems necessary.

13. Description of the Prize

The Promoter does not bear any responsibility regarding the suitability or use of the Prize.

14. Winner’s images

Subject to obtaining the Winner’s written consent, the Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s images for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without any further remuneration being made payable to the winner, and may require the winner to be identified, photographed, and published in printed media after having received his/her Prize.

15.Loss or damage

Neither the Promoter nor any employee, director, officer, member, partner, agent, consultant, advertising agencies, advisers, dealers, supplier, affiliates, and/or associated companies of the Promoter shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by a participant.
16. Personal Data

For the purposes of their participation in the Competition and generally its administration, the personal data of each Participant and the Winner will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy uploaded on [insert link].
